7 Signposts on My Learning Curve in 2010 and The Old Stories

                           Image via WikipediaAs you know, the purpose of my blog is to share life lessons learned and the techniques I used to heal myself with the intention that you too will gain encouragement to slay your own emotional demons. 

This post highlights the 7 signposts on my learning curve in 2010 for posterity together with my old stories.

I have grouped them together in one visible place on my blog page under the rubrique Lessons Learned to enable those seeking knowledge to easily find them.

This is important to me especially when I thought the new decade started well until the ground shifted beneath my feet. I "fell". When I looked, I saw that is was my false beliefs which tripped me up.

That was a significant turning point in mid-January 2011 and it produced the list of my 35 false beliefs in quick time. It was pretty damn wonderful and I am so grateful again, to my Highest Self!

The list is in descending order from the oldest to the most recent.

1. When change is being forced upon you (and the 5 lessons I learned). Humans are such contrary beings. We resist change with all our might even though life is change, and I am no exception!
2. I wasn't ready to be rich — My squandermania and resulting bankruptcy described through the prism of my false belief that I did not have the right to succeed.
3. Getting old is a bitch when you reap what you sow — It is about karma - what goes around does come around. You might think your deliberate and unthinking actions – an oxymoron – are justified but when they are fueled by anger and self-righteousness, it can never be right!
4. Be authentic - Accept 100 percent responsibility is part of life's essential tools for good living. Being real gets you hard knocks sometimes but you will always know where you are and why you are. The opposite eventually calls the chickens home to crap in your nest.
5. 54 Lessons learned in 2010 resulted from my 9-year odyssey.
6. Closing the final chapter of 9-year odyssey — describes in detail my exquisitely painful soul journey which culminated in December 2010 in an emotional rebirth.
7. 30 false beliefs — the latest outpouring of lessons learned from my life in 2010.
