EFT Tapping for More Energy

I am a huge fan of EFT and for those of you who do not know anything about it - Learn EFT- Emotional Freedom Technique and how it could benefit you.

EFT is one of a wonderful, non-invasive and effective healing techniques out there. 

Yes, I have been using it for over two years now and the results were pleasantly surprising. Honesty with yourself and perseverance through all the emotions which arise is key.

And you know what else, it does not require that you believe it will work. EFT is a tapping technique for healing almost anything traumatic.

Here is a script for how to tap for more energy from one of my favourite EFT Experts - Magnus.  So go ahead and boost your energy people! 
However, if you are new to EFT this is not where you should start. Follow the Learn EFT and How It Could Benefit You link instead because EFT tapping brings up unresolved emotional issues of which you may be unaware and if you are not prepared to take responsibility for dealing with them, do not start.
You can find out how tapping works from him as well and he has some great videos on his site, and so does my all-time favourite EFT expert Brad Yates!

What if we viewed every conflict that came into our lives as an "energetic invitation" to clear our own energy? Carol Look, EFT Master, asks this question in her newsletter Energetic Invitation and lays it all out. Yep, she is another of my favourites.
Magnus says:

I want to share with you a script I created for a friend who has 'M.E.' or 'Chronic Fatigue'. In creating it and tapping it myself I found that my own energy and motivation increased hugely.

If you have any energy challenges, I would like to hear how you get on with this script.

It's best to tap these phrases with the FULL round of EFT, including the 9-Gamut (the eye-rolling, counting bit). If you're not sure, follow my front page video on Tapping.com.

PART 1: Thoughts that destroy Energy

Start on the Karate Chop Point, and read aloud as many of these phrases as you like:

"Even though I Feel Poorly..."
"Even though I Am in a Bad Mood..."
Energy Arc, central electrode of a Plasma Lamp.Image via Wikipedia"Even though My Emotions are Bad..."
"Even though it's True that I Am Sick..."

"Even though I Feel Nothing..."
"Even though I Have Poor Thoughts..."
"Even though I Have Poor Feeling..."
"Even though sometimes it's good to be sick..."

"Even though I Hate Others..."
"Even though I Hate Myself..."
"Even though I Hate the Laws of the Universe..."
"Even though Everything Deteriorates..."

"I DEEPLY, and COMPLETELY... Love and Accept Myself."

Now say "I Love and Accept Myself" as you tap all the points: Eyebrow, Side of Eye, Under Eye, Under Nose, Chin, Collarbone, Below Nipple, and Under Arm.

Then do the 9-Gamut as in the video on the front page, and tap all the points again saying "I Love and Accept Myself".

You can use all 12 "Even though..." phrases in one tapping round if you want, or do them one at a time, it's up to you. Make sure you get through them all eventually.


PART 2: Deeper Questioning

Tap the Karate Chop point and say: (don't worry about answering each question)

"How do I Feel?"
"How is my Mood?"
"How am I Poor?"
"What is my Message to the World?"

"What stops me feeling things?"
"How do I feel about my Thoughts?"
"How do I feel about my Feelings?"
"What have I learned about being sick?"

"What do I Hate about others?"
"What do I Hate about myself?"
"What do I Hate about the Laws of the Universe?"
"Why must things deteriorate?"

You don't need to deliberately answer these questions, although you can if you want and if you notice anything you want to tap then go ahead. 

Otherwise it's just to acknowledge whatever answers are there at the back of your mind.

Still on the Karate Chop:

"I Deeply and Completely Accept Myself, and I release anything that doesn't create more energy for me."

On all the other points:

"I Release anything that doesn't create more energy for me."

Then do the 9-Gamut, and again tap the other points.


PART 3: Positives :)

On the Karate Chop:

"I Feel Life in me..."
"There is Life in my Mood..."
"I Have Happy Emotions..."
"I want to tell the world I am healthy and worthy..."

"What I feel is just feelings..."
"I Have good Thoughts..."
"I Have good Feelings..."
"I know it's best to be healthy..."

"I Love Others..."
"I Love Myself..."
"I Acknowledge the Laws of the Universe..."
"Everything is Alive..."

"AND... I Deeply and Completely Love and Accept Myself."

Now tap through all the points:

"I Love and Accept Myself."

Then do the 9-Gamut, and again tap the other points.

After tapping this a few times, you might start to get a feel for what thoughts create energy and what thoughts destroy it. When you notice them don't judge yourself (that in itself destroys energy!), just tap them!

I have this script on my wall and have been tapping it daily. There are certain ideas that can apply to anything and everything and this is one of them.

Tap Into Wealth with EFT: EFT Tapping Into Life's Unlimited Abundance

This EFT wealth tapping script is Magnus' December 2009 Christmas gift to us. 

If you don't know EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique, learn about EFT.

In a nutshell, it's a finger-tapping acupressure technique used on the face and chest meridians to relieve emotional anxieties.

If you don't know EFT at all, this post will not enlighten you. Watch the learn EFT video, and follow the links there or on Magnus' website.

Magnus' Wealth tapping script

Repeat each phrase below once for each point, and tap each point about 7 times before going on to the next. Don't worry about whether or not the phrase is true for you - tap it anyway, all the phrases are positive so it can't do any harm.

Do this every day for 21 days. If you miss one day, count the next day as a new day one. You are training yourself to think differently.

Healing Takes Courage: Heal and Liberate Yourself with TAT

Any kind of healing takes courage but if you want liberation, it's the only thing to do. Heal and liberate yourself with The Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT).

It was developed by Tapas Fleming which is how it got its name. She "borrowed" three acupressure points on the face from Chinese medicine, and adapted them to her needs.

So, what is TAT? TAT (tee-A-tee) as it's commonly called is a technique that heals trauma, and other negative emotions that poisons one's life. It is simple and easy to use and you may have stunning results within five minutes. Mine took twenty minutes or so. You can do it by yourself or with an expert.

The points on the face activate specific meridians in the body - as in acupuncture - and are, energetically, very powerful. That's why it is advised to limit each session to twenty minutes maximum.

It is also the only technique I've heard of that is extremely effective in healing post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), even old "wounds" as this video on PTSD and TAT demonstrates. Magnus, an EFT expert, also created a TAT video for one of his army pals.

The liberation I gained was staggering. The traumatic memory that I lived with for forty years is gone as if it had never been, and trying to bring it back "to see if it worked" did not work.

Using TAT does not require belief. It is a mechanical system. All that's needed is your hands in the correct position and focus on the traumatic memory. This is described in the posts below.

Here's a wonderful article from Magnus' newsletter - an EFT practitioner - illustrating what most of us do every day because we can't see what's staring us in the face.

It's easy to learn how to tap.
"Tap" is short for Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping.


One of the most important things to realise about EFT Tapping is that it helps you see the world as it really is. Our negative feelings and beliefs are the filter through which we view reality. Once we've tapped away our negative feelings, we see the truth - the universe really is a friendly place.

Carol Tuttle is an EFT Master. I like her because she's dynamic and provides quick and dirty solutions with EFT tapping.

Every time I find myself in an emotional quagmire, I receive an e-mail from her, Brad Yates or Carol Look with information that puts me right back on track.

So there I was depressed, sad and afraid that I won't make it; a stage I go through sometimes. Anyway, I opened my mail and there was Carol Tuttle's latest newsletter with just the sort of tips I needed. I shouldn't be surprised yet I am every time!

Create Emotional Space Within and Reconnect with Your Inner Being

More and more people are feeling the need for their own space; they demand it in fact. A lot believe that it's just physical space which does bring some ease, but that's only part of it.

This urge wells from deep within us demanding that we reconnect once more with who we really are - with our Inner Being.  Here are 6 effective techniques that clear out the emotional clutter that create toxins in your body:


1. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

EFT is soft finger tapping on specific meridians of the body - exactly like acupuncture but without the needles. It is used together with particular phrases to based on your feelings to get to the root of the problem.  

What is interesting about EFT is that it usually brings up old memories and forgotten feelings and experiences which are often linked to the emotional problem that is making you unhappy.

EFT brings consistent relief and closure. The feelings around each issue that you want to clear is gradually exposed like layers of an onion; then aired and cleared one after the other. 

If you don't believe you can handle the emotions that arise if you intend to do EFT on your own, then find an EFT practitioner in your area; because once that genie is out, there is no putting it back in. EFT also works through phone consultations.

Two of my favourite EFT experts are Brad Yates and Magnus. Magnus' video explains how EFT works. at They are funny yet mindful, down-to-earth and "connected". Use their free videos to deal with issues like self-acceptance, procrastination, stress, waking up, tapping into your own brilliance, limiting beliefs about self and money, weight loss, and many more.

2. The Sedona Method



It's such a short and simple technique yet so effective. I don't understand why it works yet it does. The technique is composed of 3 questions: Could I let go ... would I let go... and when would I let go... A free, downloadable mp3 file is available.  Get your free copy and see if it's for you.

3. The Silva Ultramind Method
 

Another free mp3 is available here too of the Silva Centering Method with 7 free lessons included. This method helps you to re-centre yourself by harmonizing the left and right brain.

I've never experienced anything like it; it keeps you in an awake, meditative state so you don't zone out or fall asleep. 

With this method you are able to focus your mind on solving problems; setting and visualizing goals, and strengthening your intuition.

The Silva method of problem solving is worth it's weight in gold. Classes, seminars and conventions are other ways of learning about the Silva Method.


4. The Daisy Pond Meditation

Burt Goldman aka The American Monk has created this sublime meditation technique. It's so smooth that after listening to it a few times, you tend to find yourself gliding spontaneously into his Daisy Pond at times. Well, I do anyway. 

There's one caveat - although it's free - you must sign up to his programme (also free) in order to get it.



5. Tapas Acupressure Technique - TAT - for Releasing Traumatic Memories

When I originally wrote this post, I had no experience with TAT. That has now changed and I was blown away by the results. Here is the story of how I got rid of my emotional clutter with TAT. 

TAT uses two acupressure points on the face and is taken from Chinese medecine.  It was created by Tapas Fleming. Based on testimonials from army vets and active personnel, it is very effective for post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).  Here's how it works:

(a) Focus on the negative feeling 
(b) Hold the pose as described in this TAT demonstration video, then 
(c) Let the memory go. 

Simple as that. It works quickly. Repeat as desired for a maximum of twenty minutes only. Have a look at Fleming's TATLife site to find out what else it does.


6. Four-minute Reprogramming of the Subconscious
Regina Murphy, an EFT practitioner in Nevada, demonstrates this four-minute reprogramming technique which she claims reprogrames the subconscious. I use it often. Now, I don't know if it's reprogramming anything and it is not EFT, but it does something. I feel so soft and peaceful and still inside afterwards.

 
I'm always searching for techniques that are free, simple, easy, non-intrusive and effective in my quest for vibrant health on all levels. So I will continue sharing! 


7. The Core Energy Technique: How to Release Unwanted Thoughts, Feelings or Beliefs

This Core Energy Technique is sublimely effective. I use it almost every day and it is quite short. It reconnects you to your spacious Inner Being, simply and wonderfully and it's marvelous. Sign up to get access.
