These 44 articles provided me with so many AHA! moments that I have to share them. And the title is not exaggerated at all — they really rocked my soul in 2010.

Some encouraged me, inspired and at times they were the only comfort I had during my pain-filled year.

In a nutshell, they changed the way I see myself and my role in the world and that is pretty damn fantastic!

Enjoy!

8 — Russell Bishop — What stories are you telling yourself (they are preventing you from taking action)

9 — Yaro Starak — how I discovered and changed one of my most deep rooted limiting beliefs (coherent, in-depth and honest: this article uncovered one of my false beliefs as well!)

»»Law of attraction

10 — Pure Thought — DailyOM (focussing on one uplifting thought to the exclusion of all else for sixty seconds is pure thought – this is what Abraham-Hicks teach)

11 — Rev. Michael Bernard Beckwith — The Law of Attraction: Does it grant us an evolutionary edge? (clearly explains what this law is and what it is not and where it takes us)

Awakening

12 — Judith Rich — Who is the biggest blessing in your life? (you just might be surprised by the answer – one of my favourite people on HuffPost)

13 — Vaishali — Self-Awareness: The key to owning and operating human experience  (living an examined life... excellent article)

14 — Anne Naylor — Finding inner wisdom (connect with your "inner counselor")

Authenticity » Integrity

16 — Mike Robbins — The power of authenticity (an honest view - being authentic is not easy but it is reassuring)

17 — Cara Barker — Love is not a spectator sport (This is the love lady on Huffington Post "You have to get onto the playing field; you have to show up even when you don't have time...")

Fear and Doubt

18 — Anne Naylor — How open to opportunity are you (what lies have you been telling yourself to stop you from stepping up...)
19 — Deepak Chopra — When things go bump in the mind ("These unusual "things" are simply connections that surprise you because you aren't used to seeing life except in fragments." LUV it!)

The Soul's Journey

28 — Eckhart Tolle — Living in Presence With Your Pain Body (If you have not read A New Earth where he coined the term pain body, this is a perfect introduction. The book is not for everyone but if the article grabs you, get the book; Chapter 4 changed who I thought I was!)

A thought-provoking topic apt to rile a certain strata of the male and female population. I am all for it! Men have been trying to obliterate the feminine psyche for centuries, the most famous of which are the witch hunts in Salem: Hence the patriarchal mores which exist in all societies today!

Also included in the article is the link to his Facebook Manifesto for Conscious Men (there are many out there, thank goodness).
