Get The Exact Position You Desire In Any Company

It is possible to get the exact position you desire in any company or organization. I have done it and so have many others.

In my case, I received guidance to focus my attention and advice on how to go about it when I was just starting out; I knew nothing of the world of work at eighteen. 

One thing I did have however was a solid five-year plan which I developed in my first year after I had decided what I wanted. It served me very well as my activities eventually attracted the attention of the big boss.

Everyone enjoys doing the kind of work for which they are best suited. In other words, you love your job because it is not work! 1 - Decide exactly what kind of job you want. If the job does not already exist think about creating it. It is not as difficult as it might appear. Get your thinking caps on, do your research, think outside the box and follow where your instincts lead.

2 - Choose the company or individual for whom you wish to work.

3 - Study your prospective employer: their policies, personnel and the opportunities for advancement. The Internet and libraries await you; let your fingers do the researching.

4 - Analyse yourself, your talents and capabilities and identify what you can offer and plan ways and means of giving advantages, services, development, ideas that you believe you can successfully deliver.  When you are "in the groove", ideas will begin to flow smoothly and steadily to bolster your success.

5 - Forget about a "J.O.B." Whether there are vacancies or not is irrelevant – focussing on this will only block your thought processes and divert them to a place where YOU DO NOT want to go.  Forget about the usual "I'm looking for a job" as well. Concentrate instead on what YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE.
