Find Your Success Frequency is EFT Master Carol Look's latest offering in an EFT script in Issue #266 of her online newsletter.

For those new to the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), you can learn EFT and how it could benefit you. It is a simple, non-invasive finger tapping technique based on Chinese acupuncture but without the needles, and EFT works on almost everything.

This EFT script will with continued use enable you to develop an attitude of gratitude, and is a powerful empowerment technique for success in whatever you want to achieve. This is the law of vibration at work and this is one way in which how we attract abundance into our lives.
Find Your Success Frequency...

Yes, we all have a success frequency. When I "found" mine, I was able to recognize how it felt and could tune into it regularly so that attracting success and abundance was easy and fun for me.  Finding it also allowed me to recognize when I was moving away from it, or why I was moving away from it so I could then take the time to tune back into it.

You will not be able to tune into success and abundance in your life on purpose until you Find Your Success Frequency.

So, what is it?? What is Your Success Frequency ?  It is a feeling that you have when you absolutely know you are in the right place...  It is a mood you are in when you know and believe good things are coming to you.

It is optimism, it is joy, and gratitude.  It is a specific vibration that you, and only you, associate with the small and large successes you have felt and experienced in your life.  We all have individualized success frequencies, which is why it's so vital for each one of us to tune into our personal vibration.

The reason you need to Find Your Success Frequency is because when you recognize what it feels like, you can tune back into it whenever you wish. You can access this frequency and change your attitude and vibrational stance right on the spot.  

Yes, you might feel surprised when your manifestations start to show up quickly, but I'm sure you can handle that!

How do you Find Your Success Frequency
Remember a success from your past, relive a fabulous feeling, re-feel past successes and focus in on current blessings in your life.  

Feel grateful, feel appreciative, notice feelings of love and generosity.
 Again, the best benefit of being able to Find Your Success Frequency is that you will be able to tune into it regularly and reliably, and then repeat the process of attracting success on demand. 

The primary reason you do not attract success easily into your life is because you are tuned in to different frequencies - doubt, worry, fear, lack - and these frequencies can only yield situations that mirror their vibration.  

When you tune into the frequency of success, you will attract opportunities that match THAT frequency.

I know it sounds simplistic - find it, tune into it, enjoy it - I also know it works.  I also know that you can not be successful if you feel like a failure, so you need to Find Your Success Frequency to be able to actually BE successful - personally and professionally.

When you Find Your Success frequency, you communicate to the Universe that you are aligned with your desires and that you are truly lined up to receive more success.  Your vibration will be more alive and abundant, and the results will be undeniable.

Remember that the Universe hears your vibration not your words.  The principles of the Law of Attraction remind us that we will receive more of what we are "broadcasting" to the Universe when we are in alignment with it.  

When the Universe is able to receive a clear message from you (no energetic or emotional interference) then the Law of Attraction works in your favor.  So when you are able to Find Your Success Frequency, the Universe will support you by opening up new channels of abundance.

3 Simple Steps to Relax and Be StressLess

I am a huge fan of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). It works on almost everything! EFT is a natural, non-invasive tapping technique where we use our fingers to gently tap on various points (meridians) of the face, chest and hands, to relieve stress.

EFT, like all other accupressure techniques is based on the Chinese accupuncture without the needles.

It's quite easy to learn EFT and how it could benefit you. You must however take responsibility for any underlying emotion - the real reason you feel stressed (hurt, angry, afraid etc.) - which may arise as you tap.

In this post however, I describe 3 simple steps to relax and become stressless taken from Tricia Mangray's - owner of Aveda Day Spa - article Pressure Points to Relaxation (Woman's Weekly, Issue 122).

A pressure point called the "Gamut Point" in EFT is a hotline to balancing stress in many different places on the body, notably the brain. It is located between the little finger and ring finger bones of the back of either hand.

I guarantee that tapping on the Gamut Point will relieve any tension you are feeling, at any time. I know because I have been tapping on this one only for two months while living through my own crises of snot, rage and disappointment without using all of the normal EFT points listed on the chart.

1. Begin tapping gently on the Gamut point with the index or two fingers of your other hand. Since these points exist on both hands, it doesn't matter which you use. Think of the stressful situation and keep tapping for 30 seconds or until you feel the need to change as it can become quite sensitive at times.

2. Next, tap on the top of your head at the "Hundred Meetings" point for 30 seconds. All acupuncture points meet here. It is exactly in the middle of your head or where a puppet might have a string attached to the top of its head.

3. Return to the Gamut point and tap for another 30 seconds.  Take a huge breath in and release all of your stress and tension with it. Feel the glow of pure, clean relaxation spreading over you and most importantly, drink a glass of water to flush the toxins released.

This relaxation technique can be used anywhere, anytime and as often as necessary. Whenever you feel to the tension arising, take a five-minute restroom break to breath in and out a few times and tap to stress less.

We women in particular have the terrible tendency to hold ourselves back because of others... the kids have school, can't join the library, gym, go to the movies, have a day/night to myself, want but can't take/ or ask for that promotion and so on and so forth.

Well Carol Look, EFT Master extraordinaire, has written an EFT script for all of us (even though it's not specifically directed at us women) who are keeping our foot on the brakes and thus holding ourselves back from following through on our desires. From her free newsletter Issue 263 comes Take your foot off the brake!

Take Your Foot Off the Brake...
We can't help but get in our own way, it's what human beings do... but if you learn how to Take Your Foot Off the Brake, then you will make so much progress in your life with ease and grace. Think of that... ease and grace... ease and grace. Keeping your foot on the brake makes life harder, causes struggle, slows you down.
 
We often don't know that we need to take our foot off of the brake, we just continue doing what we've been doing all along. But as you know, fears, feelings and beliefs create "brakes" for us. So it's not that your desires aren't real, or that you don't have true goals, it's that you have competing energy coming from these fears and beliefs that cause a kind of "brake" when you're trying to move forward.

I love EFT tapping and it's simple to learn EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique and how it can benefit you. 

Here is a superb EFT script - Take the Lid Off! - from EFT Master Carol Look and I feel amazing since I've been practicing - jazzed up and rearing to go in whatever direction I choose. Hopefully you will feel the same.
Only those good feelings will attract abundance into your life so you got to work it for all its worth and practice every day. Get rid of the underlying stressor first because EFT will not allow you to cheat which means that if you're feeling angry, hurt or whatever on a particular  issue, you must first get it out of the way with, you guessed it, EFT.

I'm a fan as you can tell but listen, if the Emotional Freedom Technique is not your cup of tea, try something else. The beauty about EFT is that it works on everything and it's never failed me yet from flying off the handle to feeling hurt to dealing with childhood trauma, EFT was there for me!

This is a perfect programme of 7 quick fixes for those of us who prefer the natural route to start off the new year just right. Madisyn Taylor of DailyOM has hit the right spot. 
I previously posted  (with videos) 2 gentle, non-invasive acupressure techniques that work for me, (Tapas Acupressure Technique) TAT - a fab technique to empower yourself and get free of stress and trauma and  Learn EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique and how it could benefit you.

Quick fix 1 is an acupressure technique to naturally relieve headaches. No. 2 stuff noses? Try this one. No. 3 - not only is apple cider vinegar great for a simple detox when you feel the need but it also alkalinizes the body when you add a teaspoon in a large glass of water. Try it. Nos. 4 and 6 are evident. No. 5 breathing exercises de-stress you, gets rid of anger, anxiety, butterflies before an interview and so on. Use and repeat whenever and wherever. No. 7 is my favourite. Lemons alkalinizes the body from all the acid-forming foods we eat (meat, sugar, white flour etc.), ginger warms you up and is great in winter and it tones you up internally,  garlic is fabulous for your intestinal health and cayenne perks up your innards and aids in digestion. Wonderful stuff. Try one!
Getting Back to Wellness - Seven Quick Fixes to Feel Better by Madisyn Taylor


Anxiety and fear dissipate quickly when countered
with conscious breathing.

The signals our bodies use to tell us we need to cleanse ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally are multifaceted and often mirror symptoms we associate with illness. If we heed these signs, we not only feel better quickly but also stave off poor health before it can start. These quick fixes for common ailments can get you started.

1. Applying pressure to the acupressure point between the thumb and forefinger can release blockages causing pain, tension, and fatigue. You can relieve a headache naturally by squeezing for 20 seconds and releasing for 10 seconds, without letting go, four times.

2. To breathe freely, irrigate your nasal passages with a neti pot and warm salt water. As you clear and soothe the sinuses, congestion associated with allergies or infection will gradually disappear.

3. Apple cider vinegar is a powerful purifying and detoxifying agent. Soaking for 20 minutes in a warm bath infused with two cups of apple cider vinegar pulls toxins from the body and can clear blocked energy.

4. The foods you eat can have a profound impact on your outlook and mood. Eating a small yet satisfying meal rich in complex carbohydrates can lift your spirit and help you let go of feelings of anger, irritability, and depression.

5. Anxiety and fear dissipate quickly when countered with conscious breathing because concentrating on the breath enables you to refocus your attention inward. You can ground yourself and regain your usual calm by taking a series of deep belly breaths as you visualize your feet growing roots that stretch miles down into the earth.

6. Though tuning out can seem counterproductive, a few minutes spent lost in daydreams or listening to soothing music can help you see your circumstances from a new angle when you feel frustrated.

7. If you feel ill health coming on, brew a wellness elixir.

Simmer three sliced lemons,
One teaspoon freshly grated ginger,
One clove freshly minced garlic, and
One quarter teaspoon cayenne pepper in five cups water until the lemons are soft and pale.

Strain a portion into a mug and add honey by tablespoons until you can tolerate the taste.

Drinking this potent mixture of antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal ingredients three times each day can ensure your symptoms never progress into a full-blown illness.

TAT - Tapas Acupressure Technique is a fabulously simple, non-invasive procedure to remove stress and any kind of trauma. I have used it to amazing effect and I strongly suggest you give it a try. I didn't believe but was desperate to get rid of the hate for the man who raped me, the child and of my mother who denied it happened.

It destroyed my childhood and my adult years into my mid 40s. TAT is so amazing, I've collated a few of the founder's, Tapas Fleming's videos here to illustrate it.

EFT Script - Eliminate Distractions and Attract What You Want

An easy and simple way to Eliminate Distractions, Issue #247, and focus on what is important to us, is EFT Master Carol Look's offering this time round. Distractions are things which block our view of the reality we want to create for ourselves.

I'm a long-term EFT tapper and became so when I learned how to get rid of emotional clutter from my life. That was amazing. I don't use it everyday on emotional upsets even though that's what it's there for.

EFT took me to the root cause of my emotional disarray as I like to call it and here's the disclaimer people. If you are not prepared to take responsibility for any emotional upset which will arise when you begin using EFT, stop right now.

EFT tapping can be used on almost anything the catch being that what you may think of as a one-off problem might have a deeper, unsuspected cause. Are you prepared to deal with it? If not, move on and find another non-invasive technique.
Eliminating Distractions

Imagine how much abundance would flow into your life if you could Eliminate Distractions... Your vibration would improve immediately and the abundance would start to flow...

I was being interviewed recently for an abundance telesummit, and the host asked all the listeners to Eliminate Distractions so they could be fully present for our interview. It was a good idea for the call, and a great idea for easier manifestation!

We all have way too many distractions in our lives these days. And these distractions dilute our "message" about our desires to the universe. Distractions can be emotional, energetic, or physical, and come in the form of conflicted feelings, negative thoughts, too many emails, too many commitments, feelings of self-doubt and low self-esteem, and anything else that gets in our way of having a clear, singular message of desire and expectation regarding abundance. Wow, there are a lot of distractions out there!

So... what's distracting you these days? Sometimes we don't even recognize these items as distractions because they just seem to be a part of "life" to us. Well, imagine how clear and pure your message and vibration of abundance (and life) would be if you could Eliminate Distractions...

1. So the first step is to recognize your biggest emotional and energetic distractions. Maybe you have poor time management skills, or you spend too much time watching television of surfing the internet, or you get lost in the past... (all tappable issues).

2. The second step is to clear these distractions from your daily life and from your mind. (Tapping, anyone?)

3. And the final step is to hone your abundance message and vibration again... from this new place of clarity. You will feel aligned, more energetic, and even more hopeful that what you want is truly on its way to you.

IMAGINE how much abundance would flow into your life if you could Own the Vibration You Want... Your situation would improve immediately!

What do I mean when I say: Own the Vibration You Want? Well, usually we dance around the issue, or only think about what we want occasionally, and we don't really hold the vibration of what we want in our body and mind with conviction. When we Own the Vibration... then we feel it, accept it and allow it into every cell in our bodies... and trust me, things will change in your life for the better!

SO WHAT'S the block? Only one important, crucial issue blocks us from totally being able to Own the Vibration we want - we usually don't know exactly what we want, and this - by the law of energy resonance - slows us down.

LET'S KEEP it simple - first things first - do you know what vibration you want to "own" in your life? This is critical. The universe doesn't recognize wishy-washy, weak, unclear, mediocre vibrations or desires. The universe is truly interested in hearing exactly what you want, loud and clear. Mixed messages yield mixed results... always have and always will.

And when we have mixed vibrations, or we strongly "own" two opposing vibrations, we feel stuck, and it becomes energetically impossible to attract what we want into our lives.

SO THE FIRST step is to focus on what you want and choose the vibration you want to own - and choose it carefully... It's not that you can't choose another vibration at a later time, it's just that it needs to be a vibration you are truly excited about and you need to have a very strong focus.

DO YOU WANT a vibration of peace to enter your life? Joy? Abundance? Ease? Clarity? Generosity? Magic? Once you decide what you want and choose to own it, you can align every cell in your body and mind with behaviors, thoughts and feelings that match it. And the manifestation process will begin...

WHEN YOU OWN the Vibration You Want, then, and only then, does your desire become irresistible, and you actually attract what you want into your life with ease.

Our thoughts, feelings and behaviors carry energy... Our vibration matters!

REMEMBER that the Universe hears your vibration not your words. The principles of the Law of Attraction remind us that we will receive more of what we are "broadcasting" to the Universe when we are in alignment with it. When the universe is able to receive a clear message from you (no energetic interference from emotional conflicts) then the Law of Attraction starts to work in your favor. So when you are clear and feel inspired to Own the Vibration You Want, the universe will support you.

EFT Script: My Needs are Not Important as Others'

Another fun and fab EFT script from Expert Extraordinaire Brad Yates called My Needs are not as Important as Others’. All about EFT is where you'll find the tapping points if you are new to EFT.

YOU must take responsibility for yourself and any emotions which may arise as a result of EFT tapping.

Side of the Hand: Even though I need to make these sacrifices,
I choose to love and accept myself.
Even though I need to make these sacrifices,
I choose to love and honor myself.
Even though I need to make these sacrifices,
I need to give up
what I might feel that I need,
so that others needs are met first.
And, hopefully there will be some left over for me.
It could be about anything,
But, I need to let others get theirs first.
I need to wait my turn,
And my turn is always last.
Maybe in the past,
I sometimes wanted to be first,
and, I got scolded for that
So, now I know,
It’s safest to wait to go last.
And, if that means I might not get anything, that’s ok.
That’s better than being first and being selfish.
I need to make this sacrifice
in order to be a good person.
I choose to deeply and completely
Love, honor, and accept myself,
and, anyone else,
including all those people

UN: so, I make it look like they are more important than I am
UM: and, that is not working for me
CB: it’s only getting one need met
UB: the need to be self-sacrificing
UA: in order to look like I’m being nice
TH: and, that’s not to say

EB: that there are times
SE: when it makes sense to let others go first
UE: but, I feel I always have to do it
UN: and I choose to release that
UM: no one is more important than I am
CB: maybe no one is less important UB: but, no one is more important
UA: no one is more deserving
TH: if I were on a plane with my girls

EB: and there was a loss in cabin pressure
SE: I know the drill
UE: I have to put my own mask on first
UN: and then put it on my girls
UM: my needs have to get met, too
CB: because I am important
UB: and, I have a lot to offer
UA: and, me getting my needs met
TH: benefits a lot of people

EB: if I put the mask on the girls first
SE: and, then I passed out
UE: is that really in their best interest?
UN: because, that’s not the last thing I have to offer them
UM: I have so much more to offer them
CB: and, I have so much to offer the world
UB: and to be able to offer it fully
UA: I have needs that need to get met
TH: it’s important that I get certain things

EB: or let go of certain things
SE: like I do on this teleclass
UE: when I speak up with what is going on for me
UN: it benefits a lot of people
UM: the issue that I am dealing with
CB: might be bothering a lot of other people, too
UB: someone else is going to get benefit from it
UA: and, as I let it go
TH: I have greater freedom

EB: to share my gifts and talents
SE: so, by speaking up
UE: and moving forward
UN: that’s not just selfish
UM: it’s benefiting a lot of people
CB: and, there may have been times in the past
UB: where I didn’t think as much as I could have
UA: and, I might have rushed in a lot more than I needed to
TH: and, it’s not because I am a bad person

EB: and, I wish the teachers could have said to me
SE: let’s let someone else go first this time
UE: without shaming me
UN: if they simply said,
UM: “We are coming up with a system that is fair for everyone.”
CB: Because some people are shy
UB: and we need to find something that works for them, too
UA: and, it’s really great that you are more out there
TH: that’s a fantastic quality

EB: don’t lose it
SE: and, maybe there’s ways to temper it
UE: but, not by shutting yourself down
UN: I felt the need to go to the other extreme
UM: so, as to avoid being shamed again
CB: I needed to do that to protect myself
UB: I forgive myself for misunderstanding
UA: I might even forgive these teachers for not knowing better
TH: I’m releasing the past pain

EB: releasing the past shame
SE: all those times
UE: where I felt I got my hand slapped
UN: for speaking up

CB: for talking too much

UA: that there would be all kinds of negative consequences

Change the Negative Conversation with EFT and Abundance Flow Into Your Life

We have to change the way we think because it influences what we attract into our lives - the vibration is what I mean - and we have all without exception experienced this.

You wake up feeling lousy, you spill the cheerios and milk, get a run in your pantyhose and think "Oh, that just great. How much worse can it get?!" and right there you set yourself up for a lousy day with that story.

While everyday can be a challenge in this respect I have found that meditation - some quiet time to begin my day before I get out of bed - works well to ground and keep me focused.

And this is where EFT (emotional freedom technique) can be extremely beneficial for rooting out what's making you batty like a "why do I keep doing this to myself" cry.

EFT tapping is one tool that helps you get to the emotional root of what is hindering your progress and by that I mean, encouraging you to beat yourself down with negative thoughts and comments about yourself.

It is easy to learn EFT and how it could benefit you. It is a non-invasive acupressure technique where you use your fingers to tap on certain points on your face to clear blockages on certain meridiens used in Chinese acupuncture.
With EFT I have been able to clear out major emotional garbage without having to visit a shrink's office every week, although I will admit that I highly recommend that as well. Both are part of my life and I use EFT whenever I am upset about something.

If you are prepared to take responsbility for your own well-being i.e. deal with unsuspected feelings and memories sometimes devastating that may arise while tapping, then EFT is for you.

Carol Look, an EFT Master, continues our conversation here and her EFT tapping script is included here. I think she is F.A.B. and in her free newsletter, Attracting Abundance Issue #236, she begins with "Imagine how much abundance would flow into your life if you could Change the Conversation..." 
It's so simple, yet so challenging to Change the Conversation. It sounds like an easy enough idea, but it's tricky to commit to it, remember to do it and to let go of your old story. Why? Because like it or not, we are somewhat wed to the old conversation of negativity, doom and gloom.

So when our situation truly does look bleak, that's what we're noticing, and that's what we tend to talk about. But there is tremendous power in focusing on what we want, and where we want our lives to go - and the first step in changing the direction of our lives is to Change the Conversation in our lives.
The first place we need to Change the Conversation is in our own head! Yes, that's where the negativity often starts, or at least that's where it gets real traction. We don't even notice how negative we are, or what we say to ourselves such as "It'll never work... I shouldn't get my hopes up... I'm just a failure..." because we see it as the "truth" of our lives.
That negative "truth" may be your experience, but here's where your personal power comes in and the real truth shows up: Change the Conversation and you will change what and who shows up in your life.
It's worth being inspired by this truth - that when you Change the Conversation, you change what shows up for you because your energy shifts and you raise your vibration, so you can't help but attract more of what you want - whether it's happiness, a relationship, a better job or something material.

So how do you make this important shift and Change the Conversation you are having with yourself and others?
Try these simple steps:
1. Notice the content, direction and tone of the conversation you ARE having. Do you talk of success and abundance or fear and failure?
2. Choose the "new" conversation you want to have.
3. Whenever you hear yourself using the old conversation, replace it with the new one you just chose.
4. Clear any blocks you have to Changing the Conversation (tap...).
5. Continue to be inspired to choose the direction of your daily conversations.
I'm aware that these steps seem simple enough and make common sense. But you need to feel inspired to Change the Conversation first or you won't be drawn to take these steps!

So why would you want to Change the Conversation? What's the big deal? The big deal is that it works to make you feel better physically and emotionally.
The big deal is that it works to open the door to abundance... the big deal is that it's easy to do and you will notice immediate improvements!  
So unless you love everything that's showing up in your life right now, Change the Conversation, release resistance, and enjoy all the new benefits that flow into your experience.

Remember that our thoughts are real and carry energy...
Our vibration matters!
