Empower yourself to overcome doubt, fear, and lack of faith in yourself, and in the process of life. Use Abraham/Hicks' Focus Wheel Process to reconnect with your Inner Being.

Even if you refuse to admit that you're afraid, if there is something that you are resisting, that means you are afraid. Because you don't know how to handle it or if you will succeed in finding a solution.

The Focus Wheel Process consists of:

(a) the wheel itself where you identify the truth about your present situation which you were unable to see before;

(b) you create a list of positive aspects about the issue which you know to be true; and
(c) you perform a rampage of appreciation about yourself and your life. By the time you get to this point, you will be revved up to face any and all challenges!

Here's a preparation guide to what you will see/hear on the focus wheel videos in order to complete the exercise.

1 - Get three sheets of paper, a pen and twenty to thirty minutes of quiet time. You probably won't need that much once you get the hang of it.

2 - Head up on sheet with the title of your particular challenge of the moment.

Suggestion: erase the word problem from your vocabulary - challenges can be overcome but problems are harder.

3 - Print out a copy of the focus wheel or draw one freehand - two circles in the middle with a 1,5 cm (half inch) space between them. Think of a clock face and add 12 lines 18 cm long (6 inches) radiating from the outer circle like spokes on a wheel. Each line represents the numbers on a clock.

4 - Write down - in the inner circle - the goal you want to achieve but think that you can't or won't, which is why you're afraid and doubting yourself.

5 - Starting at 12 o'clock, write the first thing that you know to be true about your situation which does not contradict how you feel. Listen carefully to the examples about weight, the boss who is a jerk, etc. There are no negatives on the wheel!

6 - By the time you reach 3 or 4 o'clock it will be easier because you will be in the vortex. It takes seventeen seconds of thought. That means after your first correct response which feels right, the more you think about it, the more freely your responses will flow.

Suggestion: It's alright if you still can't "feel" your way around your particular challenge even after watching the focus wheel videos.

Use one of the participant's examples in the videos and come up with your own answers to their problems. You will enter the vortex just as easily and when it's time to deal with your particular issue, it will be much easier.

7 - By the time you get to 11 o'clock, you will be feeling much more optimistic. I was but still felt a bit anxious inside. So I completed the other two exercises in the Process.

8 - Title the second sheet Positive Aspects of My Challenge - replace my challenge with your own wording. Complete the entire page. This part is easier because you will have cleared out most of the mental garbage on the focus wheel.

9 - The third sheet of paper is entitled Rampage of Appreciation.  Write down everything that you appreciate about your life as it is right now. For example I appreciate my clean clothes, I appreciate my comfy bed, I appreciate my children, I appreciate the money I have right now, I appreciate the food I ate today, I appreciate my lover, etc.

By the time you have completed the Focus Wheel Process, you will be feeling like a boss!

10- Abraham advises that you read the twelve statements you created on the focus wheel every day - morning and evening. They are affirmations!

Using the Focus Wheel Process to empower yourself to overcome doubt, fear and lack of faith, reconnects you with your Inner Being. Life will start to feel good again, even with the challenges facing you. You will feel empowered.

Let me know how this works for you.
